About the Game
We're getting quarantine fit! Join us for live Zoom workouts on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00 - 8:45 am! These workouts include warm-up, strength training, light cardio, abs, and stretching! These workouts are designed for beginners and are low-impact, but exercises will be modified for those who attend! Join us! Parents & Teachers of UHS only.
