Please note the Hierarchy of Habits is a *simplified* version of Get Fit Done that we do over the holidays! It helps us stay on track without being overwhelming, so we can enjoy all the fun of the holidays without sacrificing our health, progress, and fitness goals!

To play:

- Customize goals in 5 categories - exercise, nutrition, water, trash talk (check-in), and one more of your choice 

- Rank your goals by difficulty / importance, assigning different point values to different goals 

- Crush those goals to get points! And PRIZES! And fame and flattery. 

And of course, RESULTS.

Unlike Get Fit Done, you don't play on a team - it's everyone for themselves in the Hierarchy of Habits! 

Even though you purchased 2 tickets, one for yourself and one for a friend, you play individually. But we're all in the group together so you can unofficially team up to support each other!

This is the perfect way to get a taste of the real game. The real game has players teaming up and has more features, like penalties you have to avoid and more... This is the cheap-ass quick and dirty version (#marketingjargon) - do stuff, get points, try to win, and get and stay fit through the holiday season!
